Terms of Purchase

General
By purchasing any product (the "Product(s)") and/or handling, delivery, assembly, or any other services (the “Service(s)”) from ONZ Sdn. Bhd. (“us,” “we,” “our,” and “Ovo Pet”), you agree to these Terms of Purchase. Each order you place will be referred to as an "Order."

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Purchase without liability or prior notice. Updated Terms of Purchase will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Please review these Terms regularly before placing an Order.

While we strive to keep our website free of harmful content, we do not guarantee it is free of viruses or malicious content.

Products and Services

  • We may temporarily or permanently remove any Product(s) or Service(s) from our website at any time without prior notice.
  • Images and descriptions on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not fully represent the actual Product(s).
  • All Product prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Service fees and delivery charges are excluded from Product prices and will be added to your total Order price.

Placement of Orders

When placing an Order, you warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
  2. You have the authority to use the customer account from which the Order was placed.
  3. You provide an active email address and phone number for us to contact you.

Upon placing your Order, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order number and details. A tracking number will be sent once your Order is dispatched. If any Product is unavailable, we will notify you.

Delivery

  • Deliveries are managed by third-party service providers. Delivery fees apply for a single address within Malaysia.
  • Inform us of any delivery restrictions or accessibility issues when placing an Order.
  • Recipients must be at least 18 years old. You authorize us to rely on their instructions as if they were your own.
  • Ensure sufficient access and space for delivery. We are not responsible for property damage resulting from non-compliance.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery times range from 1 to 11 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Changes or Cancellations

You may change or cancel your Order before dispatch without fees. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so contact us promptly for changes.


Limitations of Liability

All Product(s) are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or savings.

Electronic Invoices

All tax invoices will be sent electronically to the email address you provide. No hard copies will be issued.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
